The 5-Day

Procrastination Elimination

Challenge

You're not lazy. You're not undisciplined. When you were a child, your brain built an invisible suit of armor to protect you from embarrassment. Trouble is armor can slow you down and make any task painfully difficult— in 5 short live sessions, you're going to learn how to take it off.

5 live sessions. 30–40 minutes each. Starts September 8, 2026

The Day It Happened To Me

At 10 years old, I stood up to play a piece at a piano recital that I wasn't sure I'd memorized. Halfway through, my mind forgot how to end the song. I looped the same section three times in terror. Just before my teacher pulled me off the stage , the memory returned. I finished the piece.

That was scary. In that moment, I vowed that "I never wanted to feel like that again.

Somewhere in that moment, my subconscious mind welded an invisible suit of armor onto me — and it's been protecting me from looking foolish ever since. In front of a piano. In front of a room. In front of a deadline.

If you've ever known exactly what you needed to do and still couldn't make yourself start — you already know what that armor feels like.

This challenge is how you take it off.

Take the 5-Day Procrastination Elimination Challenge

This challenge is a gamified transformational journey to go from doing your best work in Firefighter mode and gives you the skills to be the Captain of your destiny.

The Firefighter shows up when a deadline is already burning. Creative under pressure. Genuinely good in a crisis. But it comes at a price: all-nighters, last-minute heroics, and doing everything alone.

The Captain has every strength the Firefighter has — plus one thing the Firefighter never had: a Coach. Not doing it all alone isn't a weakness. It's the upgrade.

Each day is a leg of a 5-day cross-country drive. During the journey you are invited to learn new skills and become the Captain (someone who still does the work, still makes the calls — but additional resources including a Coach). The trip ends in NYC with the invitation to keep working with a real Coach. You will have the option to continue gain skills and free yourself from habits and reactions that no longer serve you in Release the Past, Step Into Your Power program We start our virtual trip in San Francisco, California and we make five virtual stops.

Do I need to do anything between sessions?
